"The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say 'I'. And that's not because they have trained themselves not to say 'I'. They don't think 'I'. They think 'we'; they think 'team'. They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don't sidestep it, but 'we' gets the credit.... This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done." - Peter Drucker |

Hey Tradex Staff
Points to Remember:
  • When getting food from the Food & Beverage area however long it takes – that is part of your break!!
Your break does not start once you have the food!!
  • Don’t expect special treatment from the Food & Beverage Dept.
  • Better to bring your own Food & Drinks
  • Keep drinks out of site during Move In & Move Out, it is a privilege to have them with you – not a right
  • Security please don’t bother Housekeeping with minor issues they have enough to do
  • Please no “meetings” at the Kiosk
