StoLo Chilliwack: (as mentioned in previous New Letters) please, please do not let anyone into any area if their Swipe Card has not given them access. We are to ensure that no one has access. Remember there could be a very good reason why their swipe card is not working. Simply explain that we are not to let any one in!! Even StoLo employees! They must take it up with the StoLo office.
Felco Construction: Occupied Unit updates #’s 2, 4, 11, 12, 13, 15, 23, 25, 27-29, 40 Unit 17 sold, unit 33 & 37 will be occupied this month.
Mission Leisure: many concerns regarding Security Visibility. There was much Paint Vandalism last week and NO ONE reported it in their Security Log. Every thing must be noted!! Remember, you are to be stationed by the TASK trailers where Parks Staff can find you (if necessary) when you are not patrolling. Special thanks to Apryl who stays on site and always passes messages on to the staff. OPEN HOUSE for Mission Leisure this weekend. Expect lots of traffic!!

Safety Vests will be available to Team Members after Cloverdale Rodeo. As the weather is becoming increasingly warmer,
it may be a nice
alternative to wear
the “hit me vest” instead of the jackets. Members will need to come and sign a vest out.

No Newsletter May 20th. There will be no second chances for Time Cards not received on Monday May 16th by 2 pm; payroll will be run Monday afternoon as
Brad is on site Tuesday!! I will be on site by Wednesday. Regency will be posted as to when & where payroll will be distributed. It will be in Abbotsford.
